Meet the Chef

Chef Philip DeYoung has acheived a solid background in fine dining as a chef for the Capital Grillle of Atlanta for the past 6 years, (including locations in NYC, Las Vegas, West Palm, and Charlotte). His specialities include; wine and food pairings, hand sculpted beef, fresh seafood, French cuisine, and desserts made from scratch.

Chef Phillip is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, a graduate of the Culinary Business Acadamy, and has an Associates Degree with Distinction in the Applied Science of Food Service Administration.  He is also certified in Food Safety by ServSafe.

After 18 total years of experience in the food service industry, Chef Phillip has changed his focus to a more personalized function.  He is taking all of his experiences and giving his clients the feel of white tablecloth dinning in the comfort of their own home. 

This can be done on a very intimate level, for a couple on their anniversary,  a dinner party for close friends, or for a girls only "night in" with some passed hors d'oeuvres and wine paired to them.
